Kidz Music Factory teaches music production to home-educated children and teens aged 7–16, using FL Studio — the same software used by professional producers around the world.

Our sessions are relaxed, step-by-step and jargon-free, making them ideal for beginners, creative young people, and children who may struggle with traditional learning.

Whether your child wants to make hip-hop, drill, trap, house, drum & bass, pop or just experiment with sounds, our sessions help them turn ideas into real music.

We welcome young people with

How The Online Beat-Making Club Works

Your child joins live online sessions from home.

Sessions are fun, practical and easy to follow. Children learn by making music, not by sitting through boring theory.

Each session includes:

✅ encouragement and feedback

✅ a relaxed space to learn and ask questions

Group sessions also give young people the chance to share ideas, hear what others are making and feel part of a creative community :)

🛠 TECH REQUIREMENTS & HOW WE TEACH REMOTELY

To take part in Kidz Music Factory lessons, your child will need:

✅ A laptop or desktop computer

✅ Headphones or speakers
✅ Internet Connection
✅ FL Studio or the free FL Studio trial

Don’t worry if you’re not technical. We’ll help you get set up before the first session!

🎧 Your child can start with the free FL Studio trial, which is great for beginners. If they continue long-term, we recommend buying FL Studio so they can save, reopen and continue their projects at home.

We deliver all lessons 1-to-1 remotely via a secure browser-based platform called Muse.

🎵 Home Ed Beat-Making Club

8-week course: £200

A fun weekly online beat-making club for home-educated children and teens.

The course runs for 8 weeks, with one live online session each week. After the 8 weeks, your child can continue with ongoing weekly sessions if they enjoy it and want to move on to more advanced production techniques.

1 live online session per week
small group of up to 3 children
fun beat-making challenges
step-by-step FL Studio support
parent progress updates
setup support before the first session
free weekly samples and resources
resources for practice at home

Our groups are kept small so every child gets support, encouragement and time to develop their own ideas.

Best for children who want a fun, social and creative weekly activity while learning real music production skills.

1-to-1 Music Production Sessions

£40 per hour

Best for children who prefer individual support, need extra guidance, or want to progress faster.

8-week 1-to-1 course: £320
Includes 1 live online session per week for 8 weeks.

After the 8-week course, your child can continue with ongoing 1-to-1 sessions if they want to keep learning, build full songs, or explore more advanced production.

Trial Session

£25 trial session

A one-off session to see whether your child enjoys the club and feels comfortable with the online setup.

After the trial, you can choose whether to join the 8-week Beat-Making Club course.
